In order to be able to wind up the SPV cost-effectively on completion of the transaction, TSI Services offers the possibility to carry out the liquid­ation of the SPV when the agency agreement is concluded (then part of the agreement). In that connection TSI Services provides the liquidators for the SPV and takes charge of the entire liquidation process until the SPV is finally wound up around 18 months).
