Today, several remaining Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) and the corresponding Implementing Technical Standards (ITS) for the Securitisation Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 were published in the Official Journal. Consequently, the disclosure rules will enter into force in 20 calendar days, on September 23, 2020.
The following RTS and ITS have been published:
- Disclosure: RTS and corresponding ITS that specify the information to be provided by the originator, sponsor and SSPE and the details of a securitization
- STS Notification: RTS and corresponding ITS for STS notification, with specification of the information to be transmitted according to the requirements for the STS notification
- Securitisation Repository registration: RTS and corresponding ITS with the details of the application of a Securitisation Repository
- Operational Standards: RTS on operational standards for the collection, aggregation, comparison, access and verification of data completeness and consistency
