Dr. Tobias Krug is the managing partner of Ashurst Germany, a partner in the finance practice and a member of the securities and derivatives group (SDG). He specialises in structured finance and capital markets with a focus on securitised and OTC derivatives, hybrid and convertible bonds as well as banking regulatory aspects. 

Tobias advises leading financial institutions in relation to structured products offerings, including in relation to a wide array of underlying reference assets such as equities, funds, commodities, commodity indices, foreign exchange, inflation and other rates, and across various product wrappers. He also is counsel to some of the leading debt funds and CLO managers in relation to secured and unsecured mid-cap financings in Germany.

She specialises in advising issuers and investment banks on international debt capital markets, derivatives and structured finance transactions with a focus on structured products. Alexandra's expertise covers the issuance and repurchase of structured securities and bonds as well as covered bonds (Pfandbriefe), structured bonds (including securitised derivatives), hybrid instruments, registered notes (Namensschuldverschreibungen) (including N Covered Bonds) and Schuldschein loans.
