Rolf joined the Apex Group (as part of the Sanne acquisition 2023) in 2014. As the Global Head of Capital Markets, Rolf’s primary focus is to broaden the Apex Capital Markets capabilities across the Apex network and client markets. In his role Rolf is delivering initiatives to develop a global digital service platform with multi-jurisdictional capabilities to further enhance Apex’s product offering to leading banks and global financial institutions and asset managers around the world.
Before joining Sanne, Rolf worked for a major financial institution, where he was involved in leading functions on a significant number of milestone structured finance, real estate and private equity transactions for major European, Asian and US asset managers and financial institutions.
Rolf has experience working with a wide range of regulated and unregulated capital markets, structured finance and alternative investment fund structures.
He is also a qualified German lawyer.
